Ms. Nadel received her J.D. in 1988 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and her B.S. also from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1986 (degree conferred; actual course completion 1985). She performed her legal internship at the Agency for International Development, Office of the General Counsel in the Summer of 1987.

Ms. Nadel 's professional memberships include the American Inns of Court (since 1992), the John C. Lifland American Inn of Court (since 1995), and the Linn Inn Alliance. She is also a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Association.

Her Bar admissions are: New Jersey; New York; District Courts of New Jersey and Northern District of New York; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and Supreme Court of the United States.

She is a panel mediator for the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, and served as a panel mediator for the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey from 2000 - 2017.

Ms. Nadel's mediation experience includes more than 600 cases spanning industry and subject matter nationally and internationally. Participants have included Fortune 100 and 500 companies,

small businesses, non-profits, and governmental agencies. Sectors have included arts, entertainment, finance, insurance, medical products, manufacturing, mining, pharmaceuticals, technology and transportation.
